N4008526R0178 This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis with full and open competition. THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES CMMC LEVEL 1 (SELF) REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 252.204-7025 (DEVIATION 2026-0038) AND 252.204-7021 (DEVIATION 2026-0038). This project is considered a “Large-scale Construction Project” as defined in FAR 22.502 (DEVIATION 2026-O0040). Accordingly, the requirements of FAR Subpart 22.5 (DEVIATION 2026-O0040) will apply.
