The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor (Contractor) to construct Route 15 North Widening: Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road (the Project). The purpose of the Project is to widen US Route 15 over approximately three and a half (3.5) miles between Battlefield Parkway, where it currently transitions from four (4) lanes to two (2) lanes, and Montresor Road.
