The City of Milton, Georgia is requesting electronically submitted bids from qualified vendors to provide demolition services for three (3) office buildings as shown numbered below. Contractor will follow all City, State, and Federal demolition guidelines and ordinances, and laws. The property, known as One, Two, and Three Verizon Place, is located on the northeast corner of Morris Road and Deerfield Parkway, 34°05'36.9"N 84°16'13.7"W. A pre-bid meeting/job site visit will be held on November 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
