The City of Byron (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, contractors, and/or joint ventures interested in providing administration, engineering and inspection, and construction services for a project known as Stormwater Program Management (the Project). The City desires to select a qualified firm, contractor, or joint venture team to operate and manage its Stormwater Program.
