The City of Atlanta, on behalf of various City departments, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid for the procurement of qualified suppliers to provide Hot Mix Asphalt and Asphaltic Cement. Materials will support the City¿s ongoing roadway maintenance, repair, emergency, and other operational needs and must comply with applicable City of Atlanta and Georgia Department of Transportation specifications. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated based on their demonstrated ability to produce and supply the required asphalt materials in accordance with established specifications and quality standards.
