The purpose of this Informal Request for Proposal is to solicit unsealed proposals to establish state legislative consultant services to include, but not be limited to, assist in the formulation and development, and execution of strategies to advance the Countyâs legislative priorities, representing the Fairfax County Board of Supervisorsâ legislative positions at the Commonwealth of Virginiaâs General Assembly on assigned issues under the direction of theLegislative Director.
