At which time will the Bids be publicly opened and read aloud.A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 23, 2026, at 10:00 am by the Town ofSouth Hill at the office of their engineer located at 212 East Ferrell Street, South Hill, Virginia 23970.Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.The advertisement is for a single contract.
