This request is for a proposal to furnish all equipment, materials, and installation services to perform all services necessary for control and monitoring system improvements complete with all appurtenances and accessories to be installed at the City of Carrollton Water Treatment Plant. Currently the City¿s Water Plant operates ten conventional filters. Each filter has six individual valves; left influent, right influent, effluent, drain, wash and rewash, and a shared backwash valve for a total of 61 valves. These valves are controlled using a DeviceNet communication network and two Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs with Panelview touchscreens.
