The Project includes, among other things the Design and Construction of (a) the new Route 670 Connection, (b) Route 29 auxiliary lanes, (c) right of way acquisition, (e) traffic signals, (f) drainage, (g) signing and pavement marking, (h) stormwater management, (i) Transportation Management Plan, (j) erosion and sediment control, and (k) utility relocations within the Project limits. Due to sign constraints on eVA, drawings and other documentation is available on shared drive with link listed within Part 1.
