The purpose of this Request for Qualifications, herein after referred to as ¿RFQ¿ is to solicit sealed Statements of Qualifications, hereinafter referred to as ¿SOQ¿, from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services for two (2) clean water infrastructure resilience projects for The City of Richmond Hill. The projects are funded in part by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) Hurricane Helene Resilience Funding (HRF) Program.
