Effingham County is soliciting the construction of a new 1.5-million-gallon concrete composite elevated water tank as part of the County¿s Regional Water Supply Facilities project. The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide a complete and fully operational elevated water storage facility, including the tank foundation, tank erection, site work, piping, painting, electrical systems, instrumentation, SCADA, and related accessories.
