The NLM Information Resource Grants program (hereafter referred to as “program”) using G08 mechanism to support the development and improvement of health information resources and facilitates access to resources. Authorized under the Public Health Service Act to establish, expand, and improve basic resources of medical library and related information resources, the program has evolved from supporting traditional library collections and infrastructure to enabling technology-driven methods of information dissemination.
