Students can learn how to participate here: Students Who's Eligible To participate in the program, employers must be clean energy or water innovation companies registered to do business in Massachusetts, with at least one office located in the Commonwealth. Be an eligible “clean energy employer,” which means an employer engaged in whole or in part in the sale or provision of goods and services relating to “clean energy” as defined in M.G.L. c. 23J, § 1, provided that the determination of whether the Host Employer is a “clean energy employer” shall be made by MassCEC in its sole discretion.
