Be an eligible “clean energy employer,” which means an employer engaged in whole or in part in the sale or provision of goods and services relating to “clean energy” as defined in M.G.L. c. 23J, § 1, provided that the determination of whether the Host Employer is a “clean energy employer” shall be made by MassCEC in its sole discretion.
