Scholarship Invoice 2026-27 (Fall 2026) The Educating for Change Scholarship, made possible through a generous gift from Dr. Joseph Bick and Ms. Stephanie Koop, provides financial support to California Community College (CCC) students who have a parent incarcerated in a prison administered by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
