The AHI is seeking a Clinical QI subject matter expert (SME) to provide part-time support (approximately 10-15 hours per week) as an independent contractor. The Clinical QI SME will report to CDC Foundation and will work with AHI backbone s and local health care s (HCOs) to strengthen clinical practices and systems that advance hypertension (HTN) control across Atlanta.
