The technical assistance provider will support the mission of the Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation Program by engaging with key stakeholders--land trusts, tribal entities, nonprofits, landowners, farmers and ranchers, and others--in under-represented and disadvantaged communities. The TA provider will explore local opportunities and constraints, assess needs and resources, and help TA recipients develop viable projects and submit applications for SALC acquisition and capacity grants. The Department intends to award one (1) service contract for this RFP.
