About this opportunity
The Service Provider will be responsible for providing comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (�O&M�) services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC), hereinafter referred to as �Facility�. The Contractor will deliver all O&M services required to keep the Facility fully operational, clean, and safe in accordance with the Department of Aviation�s performance standards and service expectations outlined in this scope of services. The scope of services includes O&M and Janitorial services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) building, parking deck, pedestrian bridges, exterior grounds, and all associated infrastructure, systems, and common-use areas.
