The intent is to purchase analytical services to demonstrate compliance with Walla Walla District NPDES permits. This will be a firm-fixed-price service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541380, and the associated small business size standard is a maximum of $19,000,000.00. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via https://sam.gov/ soon detailing requirements for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Water Quality Analyses services. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
