Eligibility: The applicant is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or is a nonprofit organization that is fiscally sponsored by a fiscal agent with nonprofit status. Each applicant must have a preexisting record of providing in-prison rehabilitative programming within the department during at least two of the five years preceding their application. Each applicant must have a current existing record of providing a rehabilitative program.
