Eligibility: This solicitation is open to private or public entities. The applicant may be a single entity or may consist of multiple entities bidding as a group. Investor-owned utilities, publicly-owned utilities, universities and university-operated facilities are not eligible for this solicitation. The Charge Yard facility must be located in California. However, the applicant does not need to be headquartered in California.
