Government Organizations This solicitation is open to county units of government or judicial circuits that have implemented ARI-funded diversion programs previously but do not have a current funding designation under NOFO # 2115-0326. Priority will be given to jurisdictions that have significant prison commitment rates of ARI-eligible individuals based on IDOC data for the prior three years (2023-2025). These data are available to applicants on the grants tab of the ARI website (see “Eligibility Tables”): https://icjia.illinois.gov/adultredeploy/grants A county may submit on behalf of a group of counties or a judicial circuit.
