About this opportunity
The Clean Buildings Team is accepting proposals for the Tier 2 Compliance Assistance Project. The project is designed to raise awareness about Washington’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard and provide technical assistance to owners of Tier 2 buildings. Commerce is seeking qualified organizations to raise awareness, conduct outreach, and provide technical assistance related to the Clean Buildings Performance Standard. A total of $600,000 is available for the selected contractor to develop an outreach plan, conduct outreach, host resource fairs, and provide technical assistance to Tier 2 building owners.
