The Washington Department of Commerce is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to find qualified s to provide training and technical assistance for Washington’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The selected provider will help ensure the program meets the requirements set by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The work must also meet or exceed the minimum standards in the DOE Quality Work Plan (QWP).
