The solicitation covers the rental of photocopier machines for the US Embassy in Rome and for the Consulates throughout Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. Estimated number of photocopier machines to be rented: 20. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
