The solicitation covers the janitorial services for the U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, and the Consulates of Florence and Milan, and the Consular Agency in Genoa. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. This service is to be performed at approximately 44,000 square meters buildings area per year.
