PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Beach Access Upgrades project for Apostle Islands National Lakeshore (APIS) in Bayfield, WI. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for removal/demolition of existing structures and vegetation with new construction of staircase, pathway, concrete paving adjacent to existing parking lot, retaining walls and vegetative surface restoration. We anticipate that work will begin in March/Apr 2026.
