About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is procuring a contract for the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 - Seawall Sector Remedial Action. Remediation will consist of the excavation and removal of source materials (i.e., pieces of slag comingled with crushed battery casing materials and associated wastes that act as sources of contamination), and contaminated soil/sediment from the areas located in the Seawall Sector. Source materials, contaminated soil/sediment, riprap/armored stone, and miscellaneous debris will be removed.
