The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has established the following Mentor-Prot�g� Program (MPP) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to solicit eligible mentor and prot�g� firms for participation in the Department of Defense (DoD) MPP in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 219.71, Pilot Mentor-Prot�g� Program and DFARS Appendix I, Policy and Procedures for the DoD Pilot Mentor Prot�g� Program.
