This is a notice of intent to award a sole source modification under current Task Order No. GS-35F-023GA/75N95025F00061 with AXLE INFORMATICS, LLC to extend the period of performance by 3-months through June 27, 2026 under FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services which was incorporated in the original Task Order. The purpose of this sole source modification is to extend the final period of performance for the NCATS Scientific and Technology Program Support (STPS) for three additional months in order to continue to provide comprehensive support for the integrated scientific environment supporting NCATS.
