About this opportunity
The NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) intends to issue a Sole Source extension to the existing Glenn Multiple Award Construction Contract (GMACC?2). The Sole Source extension will apply to the following GMACC?2 contractors: Erie Affiliates, Inc.; Pinnacle Construction Development Group; PPW Builders, Inc.; and R.J. Runge Company, Inc. These firms are the only contractors capable of providing the essential and ongoing construction support services required without a lapse in service. Continuity is critical due to the specialized knowledge needed regarding NASA policies, procedures, and the unique facilities at GRC.
