About this opportunity
This is a Notice of Intent to extend a current contract in accordance with FAR 5.201. NASA/John F. Kennedy Space Center intends to extend the current indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to J.P. Donovan Construction Co. Inc, Precision Fabricating and Cleaning Co. Inc., and EMF Inc., for services required for the fabrication, assembly, and test of Ground Support Equipment to include mechanical, electrical, and fluids hardware necessary to support ground systems processing of flight hardware. NASA intends to execute this extension using Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 3204(b)(B), as implemented by FAR 6.302?1(a)(2)(iii).
