The scope of work includes: The concrete sidewalk and the vault structure beneath the G Street Sidewalk are showing signs of moderate to severe deterioration of the concrete and the encased structural framing. Over time and a failure of the waterproofing membrane, salt water, and other liquids constantly migrate into the reinforced slab and cause deterioration substantial damages.
