This requirement is for the purchase and installation of two (2) Closed-Circuit Fluid Coolers and Associated Pumps for Bldg. 590 and 591 at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH) in accordance with the associated Statement of Work.
