Grissom Air Reserve Base (GARB) mandates employment physicals for federally employed civilians, including new hires, transfers, fitness-for-duty assessments, overseas deployments, and other specialized testing. To meet this requirement, prospective contractors must conduct examinations according to the Performance Work Statement guidelines. Contractors must be located within the area of Grissom ARB to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, or Lafayette, Indiana and maintain business hours of Monday-Friday 0730-1600 (coinciding with GARB business hours).
