** FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY ** The Outdoor Recreation program requires a tracked over-snow transportation (Alpina Snow Machine with grooming attachments or equal) to support ski hill operations, winter tours, and patron transportation throughout the installation. The system shall provide safe transport of personnel and equipment in snow-covered environments and include a passenger sled capable of carrying up to six adults and three children while allowing space for operational gear. The package shall also include ski trail grooming capability to support preparation and maintenance of the ski hill and recreational trail system.
