Reference: (a) Eaton (POC: Nick Freeark, Product Sales Manager) email dated 16 January 2026 1. Reference (a) requests confirmation that part number VV81-D8V-08-R is the correct part to furnish for the subject solicitation. In response, section 3.1 of the subject solicitation invokes Part Number VV81-XXX-08-X-X, which requires a Size 08 Check Valve without Piece 10 (Union Nut), 11(Union Tailpiece), and 12 (O-Rings), requiring no special cleaning, and a crack pressure of 5 +/- 3 PSI in accordance with PerkinElmer drawing 190000 Revision L. Per PerkinElmer drawing 190000 Revision L, when the valve assembly part number includes an "X" that indicates a piece not being supplied. Note: VV81-D8V-08-R Revision C was not reviewed as a copy of the drawings was not provided. The hour and date specified for reciept of offers has been extended to 4:30PMlocal time on 10 July 2026. \ This amendment has been issued to amend the following. 1. Reduce the quantity from 3 each to 2 each. 2. The following local text, provisions, and clauses have been updated. Please see the following pages for more information, WSSTERMDZ03 252.204-7007 252.204-7021 252.225-7013 252.227-7013 52.222-50 52.246-11 3. Extend the solicitation closing date to 4:30PM local time on 30 January 2026. \ The hour and date specified for receipt of offers has been extended to 4:30PM local time on 26 September 2025. The hour and date specified for receipt of offer has been extended to 4:30PM local time on 12 September 2025. \ 1. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers has been extended to 4:30PM local time on 25 August 2025. 2. All other terms and conditions remain the same. \ 1. Data Item A001 (Inspection and Test Plan) may be waived if already on fileat NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg. 2. The following proposed delivery schedule applies: Submission of Certification Data CDRLs will be on or before 20 days prior to scheduled delivery. PNSY review/acceptance of Certification CDRLs 6 working days after receipt of Certification DD 1423 CDRLs. Final delivery of material will be on or before 300 days after effective dateof the resulting contract. 3. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). \ 1. SCOPE 1.1 The material covered in this contract/purchase order will be used in a crucial shipboard system. The use of incorrect or defective material would create a high probability of failure resulting in serious personnel injury, loss of life, loss of vital shipboard systems, or loss of the ship itself. Therefore, the material has been designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material (Level I, Scope of Certification, or Quality Assured) and special control procedures are invoked to ensure receipt of correct material. 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Order of Precedence - In the event of a conflict between the text of this contract/purchase order and the references and/or drawings cited herein, the text of this contract/purchase order must take precedence. Nothing in this contract/purchase order, however, must supersede applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 2.2 Applicable Documents - The document(s) listed below
