This notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, for an Apprenticeship program. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services required by the attached Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement (PWS).
