The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Log Boom and Back Area Field Debris Removal, Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.
