The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Tree Removal, Barre Falls Dam, Barre, MA QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.
