SLAC FEH Optics Lab Construction – Design-Bid-Build SCOPE The FEH Optics Lab Project will be delivered through a firm-fixed-price contract. The base scope includes demolition, new architectural (framing, doors, ceiling, flooring, CSF wall), new power distribution, new light fixtures, new HVAC system, new process piping (with insulation inside the room), controls, leak detection system, fire protection system, cable trays, etc. See construction documents for details.
