About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to solicit and award a single firm-fixed-price Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract for the construction of a new Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower. The scope of this DBB project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a concrete foundation, steel framing, masonry walls, metal roof, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC, electrical and telecommunication systems, backup generation, elevator, and all associated utility and site work. The project also requires the demolition of the existing ATC Tower and associated structures. At this time, no Pre-Solicitation Conference is planned for this solicitation.
