All other terms and conditions of the solicitation shall remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Allow additional time for quotations to be submitted in accordance with Solicitation N00104-26-Q-LA02. 2. Clauses have been updated to reflect a recent FAR Overhaul change. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantity from 15 EA to 23 EA.Please provide a quotation with the updated quantity. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update the quantity from 5 EA to 15 EA. Please provide a quotation with theupdated quantity. 2. Update the POC for the solicitation. 3. Extend the request for quotes window to allow additional time for quotations to be submitted in accordance with Solicitation: N00104-26-Q-LA02. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for quotes to 12/15/2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for quotes until 11/24/25. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before the delivery date(s) listed in the schedule. ^^ All freight is FOB Origin. This RFQ is for repair. The resultant award of this solicitation will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding. The Government is seeking a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of: 90 daysGovernment Source Inspection (GSI) is required. Please note freight is handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV as stated in NAVSUPWSSFA24 or NAVSUPWSSFA25. For purposes of this section, Return is defined as physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility as reflected in the Action Date entry in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. In accordance with the CAV Statement of Work, the contractor is required to accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect the actual date of physical receipt. The Contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in this contract.
