GENERAL INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Set-Aside: None (Full and Open Competition) Location: USCG Base Los Angeles Long Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Ave., Building 20 2. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform monthly preventative maintenance and a one-time annual inspection, certification, and testing for the commercial elevator located in Building 20.
