About this opportunity
(i) The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requires a commercial contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for its Spangdahlem Commissary facility and equipment in Germany. This is a non-personal services contract where the contractor manages their own workforce to keep all building systems, infrastructure, and food-handling equipment safe, compliant, and continuously operational. The contractor must deliver three main categories of maintenance: Preventive Maintenance (PM): Regularly scheduled inspections, cleaning, filter replacements, and certifications (such as HVAC, refrigeration, and fire systems) based on structured intervals.
