The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions and Answers: Question 1: Could the PI share the target region info or reference article so we can take a look? If default primers like 16S, ITS, or 18S are acceptable, that's fine; otherwise, we will need the PCR cycle conditions. Answer 1: The assay is not published yet and so I can¿t share the details until the vendor is selected. Question 2: The RFQ lists both CLIN 00010 and CLIN 00040 as ¿Metabarcoding Analyses¿ in accordance with Attachment 1.
