This Request for Quotes is issued by George Washington Regional Commission (“Owner”) to obtain quotes from qualified and experienced Alternative Onsite Sewage System (AOSS) contractors to repair a sewage disposal system at 15 Beech Drive, Stafford, Virginia in conformance with the Virginia Department of Health HDID # 179-26-0144-SR as attached and as described in the Scope of Work outlined in Attachment “C” and Stafford County Health Department Permit HDID # 179-26-0144-SR in Attachment “D”.
