The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), New York Cooperative Fisheries Research Unit (NY CFWRU). intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Innovasea Marine Systems located in Bedford Canada for acoustic telemetry receivers to support passive monitoring of tagged fish in riverine and lacustrine systems across New York State and the broader Northeast region, to be delivered to Ithaca, New York within 60 days of award/from the date the contractor receives the purchase order. NY CFWRU has deployed Innovasea-compatible acoustic transmitters in fish currently under study in rivers and lakes across New York State.
