01 July 2026: The Government has uploaded questions and answers as determined appropriate to ensure administrative and other information has been adequately clarified. The Government has not addressed questions which can be readily answered within the previously released documents, or which seek Government input on the methods to be used to achieve the desired outcomes as identified in the JCTMI CFS and associated documents. Generally, vendors are encouraged to plan/develop/propose their solutions to address the stated requirements as currently identified. The overall intent of the Government is not to lead vendors to conclusions or unduly restrict potential whitepaper solutions by addressing technical questions received individually at this stage in the process.
