The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Product Manager (PdM) for the Army Contract Writing System (ACWS), is seeking feedback from industry on capabilities to sustain, modernize, and integrate contract writing and administration solutions. These solutions will support the Army's acquisition community by automating the contracting lifecycle, modernizing legacy systems, and integrating intelligent automation. The Government is interested in solutions from all sources, including commercial, government, traditional, and non-traditional defense contractors.
