The venue must be a hotel located in Virginia or Washington, D.C., within seven miles of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The hotel shall provide up to 55 sleeping rooms per night at or below the government per diem rate, with the option to release unreserved rooms on August 10, 2026.
